I thought the training was excellent - the content was really useful. The trainers were very engaging and kept it interesting throughout. It is a really important subject and I felt they got the points across well in an engaging way. They have obviously put a lot of work into this training and it really shows!

I do not have a lot of experience with risk assessments so breaking down the DASH and other risk assessment was really useful. Other colleagues talking about the ways they do risk assessments was brilliant and I will take this forward. Very hard hitting and eye-opening listening to speakers, makes you see cases from a more personal point of view.

Sometimes I felt like I couldn't contact the police and drive it through as I felt I was getting nowhere and the process in itself was draining me emotionally after having been palmed off so many times by them.
